As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing all accounting functions within the organization. Your primary duties will include handling GST Returns such as GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, GSTR 9, and 9C, as well as ensuring the MIS reconciliation with books versus the portal. It will be your responsibility to ensure adherence to all necessary statutory compliance, renew relevant certificates, and manage all other Direct Tax/Indirect Tax related matters including SFT and ITRs. Additionally, you will be tasked with monthly reconciliation of 26AS and GST TDS, along with the preparation of Compliance MIS. In order to excel in this role, you should possess a variety of general skills. These include the ability to demonstrate leadership by influencing others to perform tasks effectively, self-objectivity to evaluate yourself realistically, analytic thinking to interpret and explain patterns in information, and behavioral flexibility to modify personal behavior objectively to achieve organizational goals. You will be responsible for developing specialized knowledge and insights of the Clients Brand and critical Brand issues. This includes tracking competition, conducting research, analyzing client briefs, formulating creative briefs, brainstorming with the planning and creative team, developing and presenting campaigns to the client, and timely delivering all creative requisitions. You will provide planning, creative, production, and media personnel with well-documented input, support data, and production materials as required. Generating leads and maintaining regular contact with prospects will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will coordinate and prepare quotations for client approval and assist in the preparation of client invoices. It is essential to assist in the collection of account receivables within the given credit limits.
