As a Staff Nurse - NICU, you will be responsible for monitoring and caring for healthy, critical, and sick newborn babies in the neonatal intensive care unit. Reporting to the Nursing Superintendent, your role will involve addressing parents" queries and concerns, checking baby temperatures regularly, changing diapers, feeding babies, administering medications as prescribed, and providing round-the-clock care. You will work with infants in incubators or on ventilators, ensuring infection control protocols, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with ward management as needed. Your qualifications should include a GNM or B.Sc in Nursing with 2-5 years of experience in NICU. Linguistic competence in English, local languages, and Hindi is essential. Demonstrating good organizational skills, effective communication, teamwork, flexibility, and stress management abilities are key requirements for this role.
