As a Property & Home Insurance Policy Binding Specialist at Aspire Globus, your primary responsibility will be to handle accurate and timely policy binding for U.S. property & homeowners insurance. This onsite, night-shift position is tailored for individuals with a minimum of 2 years of relevant U.S. insurance experience. You will be expected to review policy applications, endorsements, and supporting documents, as well as coordinate with brokers, agents, and underwriters. Ensuring compliance with U.S. insurance regulations and underwriting guidelines while maintaining complete and accurate policy records will be crucial to your role. To excel in this position, you must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in binding U.S. property or home insurance policies. A sound knowledge of U.S. insurance practices, terminologies, and platforms is essential. Strong communication and documentation skills are also required, along with the willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. hours. Onsite work in Mohali is a mandatory requirement.
