Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team in the industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and provide top-notch support to our executives.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling appointments and managing travel arrangements.
Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties.
Manage and maintain complex calendars, ensuring seamless coordination of events and appointments.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve organizational goals.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Discretion and confidentiality are essential qualities for this role.
