Job Title: Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Location: Tuicorin

Qualification: Any Degree (Fresher can apply)

Language Requirement: Hindi – Must (Fluency in speaking preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and personal support to the Managing Director (MD) in daily activities.
• Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
• Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations as required.
• Accompany MD on business trips, factory visits, client meetings, and other official events.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of MD.
• Manage correspondence, phone calls, and emails efficiently.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in Hindi (mandatory) and basic English communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and a professional appearance.

Experience: Not mandatory – Fresher can apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
