You will be responsible for frontend development, designing and developing user-facing web applications using modern frontend languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. You will also be involved in developing frontend website architecture and backend web apps, conducting thorough testing of the applications, fixing identified bugs, and creating documentation for the developed applications. It is essential to stay updated with the latest technological advancements in web apps and programming languages. Additionally, you will handle automated testing, provide feedback during the software development phase, and collaborate across time zones via platforms like Slack, GitHub comments, and documents. Cross-functional collaboration with services and data groups will also be a part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should possess strong coding and design skills with at least one of the front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue/Svelte. Experience in implementing and maintaining large Single Page Applications (SPAs) with Typescript is crucial. You should be comfortable working with REST APIs, gRPC, and web application design patterns. Proficiency in Linux build processes, internals, system administration, and basic scripting with Python or Bash is required. Knowledge of containers, container-based development and deployment, and experience in a mature CI/CD development workflow are essential. Familiarity with one or more compiled languages like Golang, Rust, or C# is an added advantage. Being comfortable with understanding, supporting, and translating C# or Java is beneficial. Familiarity with fully automated front-end regression methods and writing custom data sources for Grafana/Perses is a plus. Creating reproducible development environments and the ability to adapt to new technology, concepts, approaches, and environments quickly are key traits for this role. For qualifications, a Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience or a Master's degree with 4+ years of experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields is required.,
