We are looking for a proactive Operations & Client Servicing Executive to join our growing team and support both business operations and client relationships. Key Responsibilities Business Support & Billing: Manage billing, documentation, website updates, and calculation management. Microsoft Office & Collaboration Tools: Work on Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint for reporting and presentations. Client Management: Assist in client onboarding (online & offline), complete C-KYC and KRA processes. Bank Work: Handle all types of bank-related activities, payments, and reconciliations. Office & Administrative Management: Coordinate office activities, support the team, and manage day-to-day workflow. Desired Candidate Profile Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration (preferred). 2–3 years of experience in operations, client servicing, or administrative support. At least 1 year of experience in Tally software Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with SharePoint is a plus. Good communication skills (written & verbal). Knowledge of financial services / RIA operations / banking procedures will be an added advantage. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
