The ideal candidate should have expertise in selecting materials, finishes, equipment, and fixtures for projects, taking into consideration factors such as cost, durability, and functionality. They will be tasked with planning and designing industrial facilities to be functional, safe, and sustainable while ensuring compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards. Obtaining necessary permits and approvals, designing fire suppression systems, implementing security measures, and creating emergency response plans may also be part of the role. Occasional travel may be required for this position. The working hours and office timing details will be provided as per company policy.,
