Job Description: Processing Consultant Key Responsibilities: Assist with documentation review and collection for visa processing; prior experience in this area is an added advantage. Address client and applicant inquiries professionally via in-person interactions, email, and telephone. Provide advisory and support services to clients throughout the application process. Accurately maintain, process, and record all application-related data and documentation. Prior experience working in an embassy or visa application centre will be considered an asset. Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable. Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of commitment. Analyze client profiles to accurately determine and recommend the most suitable immigration or visa pathways based on their individual qualifications and goals. Capable of working effectively under pressure and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
