About Us:
We are a dedicated Ayurveda hospital operating on a sprawling 25-acre hilltop estate in Baddi. Committed to sustainable living and holistic health, we are now seeking a passionate Permaculturist to join our team and help develop eco-friendly and organic practices on our site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain permaculture systems across the site
• Conduct tree plantation drives to enhance biodiversity
• Develop and manage organic gardens and vegetable patches
• Maintain and improve existing permaculture features
• Develop and promote organic product lines from on-site produce
• Collaborate with the hospital team to integrate sustainability practices

Eligibility & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in permaculture, organic farming, or sustainable agriculture
• Knowledge of permaculture design principles and organic gardening techniques
• Passion for sustainability and environmental preservation
• Ability to work outdoors in a hilltop environment
• Self-motivated, responsible, and team-oriented
