Role & responsibilities Preparation & review Protocol & Reports of Process validation, cleaning validation, CEHT/DEHT study and wet cake hold time study. Preparation, review and tracking of periodic evaluation of validated process. Review of Qualification documents like URS, DQ, IOQ, PQ, Requalification, Verification Qualification, temperature mapping, etc. Monitoring the validation (Process/Cleaning) activities. Verification of Analytical records, Executed Batch Production Record and Equipment Cleaning Record as a part of Process Validation and Cleaning Validation.
