Job Title: Oracle EBS Testing Techno-Functional Consultant Experience: 6 - 8 Years Location: PAN India Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Oracle EBS Testing Techno-Functional Consultant with 68 years of experience, primarily focused on Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) , especially financial modules like Payables, Receivables, and General Ledger . The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in testing methodologies, SQL/PL-SQL scripting, and a good understanding of Agile processes. This role requires a balance of functional knowledge, technical acumen, and effective communication. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and convert them into comprehensive test scenarios and test cases for Oracle EBS applications. Perform functional , integration , regression , and performance testing on Oracle EBS modules, especially Financials (AP, AR, GL, etc.) . Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to validate end-to-end workflows. Write and execute SQL and PL/SQL scripts to prepare test data and verify backend data integrity. Identify, log, and manage defects using tools like JIRA , and collaborate with development teams for resolution. Participate in daily Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate with end-users to validate business requirements. Provide inputs for performance and load testing, and leverage performance testing tools when applicable. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including test plans, scripts, and reports. Required Skills & Qualifications: 6–8 years of experience in Oracle EBS testing, with strong exposure to financial modules (Payables, Receivables, GL, etc.) . Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices. Hands-on expertise in writing and optimizing SQL and PL/SQL queries . Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA , HP ALM, or equivalent. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and identify root causes. Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in Agile environments and participating in sprints. Ability to work independently in a remote and collaborative team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter) is a plus. Knowledge of additional Oracle EBS modules (e.g., Procurement, Inventory) is desirable. ISTQB or other testing certifications.
