With 1-2 years of agency experience, you are expected to possess a deep passion for social media marketing and a strong understanding of SEO, Google, and social media practices. Your role will involve collaborating with different teams to develop paid media plans, execute ad campaigns on digital platforms, and focus on performance-based marketing to drive leads and conversions. You will be required to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and prepare comprehensive monthly reports covering paid ads, organic content, website statistics, and social media page growth. It would be great to have hands-on experience with tools such as Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Power Editor, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords. Additionally, managing advertising spends of at least 5 Lacs/month per client account and possessing strong project management skills will be advantageous in this role.
