Job Title : Engineer - Electrical Maintenance Job Description : We are looking for a proactive and experienced Engineer - Electrical Maintenance to lead equipment maintenance, automation initiatives, and drive efficiency improvements. The ideal candidate will have expertise in control panel design , spend analysis , and team leadership. Key Responsibilities : Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machines. Analyze equipment failures and initiate improvement measures. Evaluate machinery for upgrades or replacement based on performance and lifecycle. Collaborate with the production team to minimize equipment downtime. Manage and monitor spare parts inventory efficiently. Support and execute machine automation projects. Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules . Monitor equipment performance trends and identify areas of improvement. Lead training and development activities for junior technicians and maintenance staff.
