Performance Testing/Senior Consultant Specialist

In This Role, You Will

• Implement and maintain a comprehensive performance testing strategy across all the projects.
• Identify key performance metrics and design test scenarios accordingly.
• Design, develop, and execute different types of performance tests to evaluate application performance under different conditions.
• Automate performance testing as part of CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze test results to identify performance issues and bottlenecks at application, API, database, and infrastructure levels.
• Generate detailed performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor application/infrastructure performance in production and provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with Developers, Architects, and DevOps Engineers to optimize system performance
  

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• 8+ years of solid testing experience with 5+ years of performance testing experience
• Proven experience in performance testing and performance engineering, particularly with large-scale web applications.
• Strong hands-on experience in performance testing tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling, Postman.
• Deep understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of HTTP, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and their performance considerations.
• Experience with cloud environments (Azure/GCP/AWS) and integrating performance tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong experience with monitoring and profiling tools (e.g., AppDynamics, Azure Monitor).
• Experience with frontend performance testing using Lighthouse or WebPageTest
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
