Job Description

Role : Performance Testing

Location: Kochi

Experience: 10-15 Years

Role and expectation

10 + Years of experience in performance testing and expertise in tools like JMeter, Azure Load Testing or similar.
Lead end-to-end performance engineering activities across multiple projects.
Define performance testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices.
Strong knowledge of APM tools (Dynatrace, Azure Monitoring, AppDynamics).
Deep understanding of system architecture, cloud platforms (Azure), and microservices.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating performance tests.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to identify performance bottlenecks.
Design and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests.
Analyze test results, identify root causes, and recommend tuning strategies.
Drive continuous improvement in performance engineering processes.
Mentor and guide junior engineers in performance testing and analysis.
Work closely with stakeholders to align performance goals with business objectives
