Job Description

4+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing for web applications, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems. Expertise in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling, Neoload, etc. Strong understanding of load testing, stress testing, endurance testing, and scalability testing. Knowledge of web technologies including HTTP, HTTPS, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and databases (SQL, NoSQL). Ability to analyze performance metrics and identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities. Experience in developing performance test strategies, scripts, and execution plans. Proficiency in monitoring tools and log analysis for diagnosing performance issues. Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline integration for automated performance testing. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex performance-related issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
