Job Description

Overview:

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute
performance test plans
for web and enterprise applications.
Utilize tools such as
JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling
to conduct
load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing
.
Define
performance benchmarks
, KPIs, and SLAs in collaboration with stakeholders.
Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide
optimization recommendations
to development teams.
Integrate performance testing into
CI/CD pipelines
using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Prepare detailed
performance reports
and communicate findings to technical and business teams.
Collaborate with
architects, developers, and DevOps teams
to ensure system stability and scalability.
Participate in
test strategy discussions
, capacity planning, and environment setup.
Ensure performance testing aligns with
Agile delivery models
and project timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of hands-on experience
in performance testing.
Strong proficiency with
JMeter
(must-have) and familiarity with LoadRunner or Gatling.
Experience in
scripting and parameterization
for performance scenarios.
Solid understanding of
system architecture, APIs, and database performance tuning
.
Knowledge of
CI/CD integration
and cloud-based performance testing environments.
Ability to analyze
heap dumps, thread dumps, and server logs
for root cause analysis.
