Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and strategies using JMeter and LoadRunner.
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports with actionable insights to enhance system performance.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
Maintain and update testing scripts to ensure they meet current requirements and standards.
Continuously monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:

5-10 years of experience in performance testing.
Educational background in MTECH/ME, MSC, MCA, BCA, BSC, BTECH/BE.
Proficiency in using performance testing tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in identifying and troubleshooting performance issues in complex systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record of working in a collaborative team environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques.

Good to have skills:

Flask, Data Analysis, Springboot, Microservices, Hibernate
