We are looking for an experienced Performance Tester with strong hands-on expertise in LoadRunner and JMeter. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in performance testing strategies, scripting, execution, analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner and JMeter
Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks in application components
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues
Prepare detailed performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders
Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests across web-based and enterprise systems
Participate in performance test planning and environment setup

Key Skills:

LoadRunner
Apache JMeter
Performance Testing Strategy & Execution
Test Result Analysis & Reporting
Application Performance Monitoring (APM) Tools (optional but preferred)

Good to Have:

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration of performance tests
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or similar
