Performance Test Engineer with NeoLoad

As a Performance Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the performance, scalability, and reliability of our software solutions. Your primary responsibility will involve conducting performance testing for various software solutions, including SAP, APIs, and web-based applications. Using tools such as Tricentis NeoLoad and JMeter, you will troubleshoot and optimize performance scripts to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will analyze test results and work with stakeholders to define performance requirements and test scenarios. Your expertise in performance testing, with a focus on SAP solutions, will be essential in matching performance test strategies against end-to-end solutions or components. To excel in this role, you must have at least 8 years of experience in performance testing, along with proficiency in Tricentis NeoLoad Performance Tool and script troubleshooting expertise. Familiarity with JMeter Performance Tool, performance testing experience for API solutions, and knowledge of performance testing for web-based solutions (e.g., Salesforce, SuccessFactors) are desirable skills. In addition to technical skills, soft skills such as excellent stakeholder management, strong written and verbal communication skills, a proactive attitude in handling requirements, deadlines, and blockers, and flexibility to work within short project timelines will be crucial for success in this role.,
