Job Description

We are looking for a Performance Test Engineer with 3 to 6 years of experience in Performance Testing. You should have a strong understanding of Performance Testing Concepts and the Performance Test Life Cycle. It would be advantageous to possess knowledge of Front-end Performance Testing concepts. Attention to detail, good interpersonal skills, and effective communication are essential for this role. As an expert in developing test scripts, creating scenarios, and conducting test execution and analysis using tools like LoadRunner or JMeter, you will be responsible for compiling, analyzing, and interpreting performance test results. Experience with monitoring tools such as PERFMON, NMON, New Relic, AppDynamics, or Dynatrace is preferred. You will design scripts according to the workload model, conduct Load Tests as per the defined scope, analyze the results, and share detailed reports. Additionally, logging defects in detail for identified bottlenecks and possessing hands-on knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL queries, C, and Unix/Linux is required. Knowledge of JIRA, Jenkins, and SharePoint is an added advantage. As a team player, you are expected to actively engage in organizing your work, solving tasks in a structured manner, and demonstrating good communication and openness.
