Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Performance Test Lead to spearhead the Automation Testing efforts for client transformation programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive performance testing plans, analysing results, and providing insights to address potential performance issues. This role requires close collaboration with development teams and IT organization members to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement performance test plans, scenarios, and scripts.
  • Execute performance tests, analyze results, and identify performance issues before deployment to production. • Lead a team of Performance Engineers, defining test plans, tasks, schedules, and execution strategies for performance testing activities. • Collaborate with development teams to understand application changes and potential performance concerns when creating test scenarios. • Communicate and assist in resolving performance issues observed during testing. • Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines to establish continuous build and test cycles. • Establish high-quality performance test engineering principles, strategies, and best practices. • Provide guidance on process and procedure improvements to mitigate risks and enhance performance engineering processes and standards.
