Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Performance Test Engineer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing strategy and experience with tools such as LoadRunner or JMeter.
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain quality processes, conduct reviews, and collaborate with global Quality Assurance initiatives.

Engage with various teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and facilitate discussions to enhance processes.

Provide guidance to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Analyze feedback and metrics to identify areas for enhancement and align quality objectives with organizational goals and client expectations.

Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Monitor and report on quality metrics to drive improvements.

Job

Proficiency in performance testing strategy is mandatory.

Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.

Experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner or JMeter.

Ability to analyze and interpret performance data to identify trends and issues.

Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices to integrate quality into the development lifecycle.

Minimum 6 years of experience in performance testing strategy.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
