Track pending orders, delivery schedules, and payments. Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries. Assist in sales presentations, client proposals, and product documentation. Respond to client inquiries and resolve order-related issues. Ensure proper filing and upkeep of sales documentation. Support the sales team in achieving monthly/quarterly targets.
