Role Overview: Cuemath is on a mission to transform how children learn math by focusing on deep understanding, problem-solving, and critical thinking. As a Performance Marketing Manager at Cuemath, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth primarily on Meta and Google. Your passion for crafting compelling narratives that drive action will be key to the success of our marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth on Meta and Google primarily. - Drive KPIs like CPLs, CPQL, Mid-funnel metrics, and have a ROAS mindset. - Bring best practices of creative and landing page optimizations, preferably with case studies showcasing the impact of previous optimizations. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, content, and analytics to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. - Manage budget allocation effectively to maximize ROI and deliver results as planned. Qualifications Required: - Must be a Meta Campaign Expert, preferably with experience in international markets like the USA, and have a proven track record of optimizing lead generation and mid-funnel metrics. - Experience in handling affiliate marketing networks is essential, with the ability to apply structured frameworks for managing partners effectively. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing and PPC advertising. - At least 4 years of experience in driving performance campaigns or handling an ecommerce brand, with a minimum of 2 years in an IC role preferred. - Proven track record of achieving ROI targets through PPC campaigns and driving measurable results. - In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and relevant analytics tools. - Ability to present data on challenges solved and impact in numbers during interviews. - Should have managed monthly budgets of at least 50 lakh per month.,
