We are looking for a smart and driven Performance Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes Meta Ads. Someone who not only understands how to scale campaigns but can also communicate clearly with clients, build trust and present insights with confidence.

What you will do

• Plan, launch, and scale Meta campaigns across multiple objectives

• Build complete funnel strategies for e-commerce and lead generation clients

• Create smart testing frameworks for audiences and creatives

• Monitor campaigns daily and optimise for cost, quality, and conversions

• Work closely with the creative team to ideate ad concepts

• Generate performance insights that help improve ROAS and reduce cost

• Conduct client calls, explain performance, and share action plans

• Present weekly reports in simple and clear language

• Manage client expectations and maintain healthy relationships

• Stay updated with the newest Meta features and best practices

What you must already know

• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager

• Ability to communicate clearly with clients

• How to scale campaigns while maintaining profit

• How to work with multiple account structures, CBO, ABO Advantage Plus, etc

• Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers

• Understanding of creatives and what makes an ad convert

• Pixel setup and event understanding

• Ability to take ownership and deliver outcomes consistently

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce

• Experience in improving lead quality

• Knowledge of Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads

• Experience with AI tools for creative testing
