Role Overview

We are looking for an analytical and creative Performance Marketing + SEO Expert to manage paid campaigns, scale growth through Meta Ads, optimize websites for organic ranking, and strengthen digital ROI for our clients.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, analysing and improving paid campaigns along with SEO-driven strategies to boost visibility, traffic and conversions.

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Responsibilities

• Conduct SEO audits & implement On-page, Off-page & Technical improvements
• Perform keyword research, competitor benchmarking and ranking strategy
• Optimize website content, structure, internal linking & core vitals
• Manage link-building activities, outreach & authority growth
• Track and measure organic performance through Google Analytics, GSC, etc.
• Recommend long-term SEO strategy for ranking & traffic growth

Performance Marketing Responsibilities

• Plan, execute & optimize Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) campaigns
• Create and manage performance-driven campaigns for leads, conversions & sales
• Set up A/B tests on audiences, creatives, landing pages & funnels
• Monitor campaign spend, ROI, CPL, CAC & attribution
• Scale campaigns profitably using data-driven insights
• Build remarketing, warm audience & funnel automation strategy

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of SEO (On-page + Off-page + Technical)
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Comfortable in running performance-driven campaigns (Lead Gen + E-Com + Awareness)
• Good command over keyword strategy, analytics & reporting
• Familiar with SEO & PPC tools: GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMRush, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with design & content teams
• Strong analytical thinking & performance optimisation mindset

Bonus Skills (Preferred, not mandatory)

• Google Ads knowledge
• Landing page optimisation (CRO understanding)
• Basic content writing + creative briefing
• Knowledge of WordPress/Shopify/Analytics setup
