Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketing Expert to lead our e-commerce marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, with expertise in channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing. You will be responsible for analyzing data, optimizing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive sales, revenue, and customer engagement.

2. Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other performance marketing channels.

3. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and sales.

5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform changes.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce.

2. Proven track record of driving sales, revenue, and customer engagement.

3. Strong analytical skills, with expertise in data analysis and interpretation.

4. Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing.

5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify and WooCommerce.

2. Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.

3. Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
