Performance Marketing Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive with at least 2 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, SEO, social media marketing, and digital marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling multiple client accounts, developing marketing strategies, analysing campaign performance, and delivering results without compromising quality.

Excellent English communication skills are mandatory. Candidates should also be comfortable appearing in videos and representing brands on social media.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing & Paid Advertising

• Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Develop performance marketing strategies focused on lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
• Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and optimise ad spend.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign testing.

SEO & Social Media Marketing

• Plan and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO.
• Manage social media marketing activities, content calendars, and scheduling.
• Develop engaging social media campaigns to improve brand awareness and engagement.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for lead generation and customer engagement.

Client & Account Management

• Independently manage multiple client accounts across different industries.
• Coordinate with clients, understand their business objectives, and develop marketing strategies.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports.
• Monitor multiple campaigns simultaneously without compromising performance or quality.
• Communicate campaign progress, insights, and recommendations to clients.

Content & Creative Strategy

• Develop creative marketing ideas, ad concepts, and campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with designers and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
• Participate in creating promotional videos, reels, and social media content.
• Be comfortable appearing on camera and representing brands through video content.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Good understanding of SEO and Social Media Marketing.
• Experience in email marketing and campaign management.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently.
• Strong reporting, analytical, and performance optimisation skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) – Mandatory.
• Strong creative thinking and strategic planning abilities.
• Must be comfortable appearing in front of the camera for social media videos.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong client management and problem-solving skills.

Experience & Education

• Minimum 2 years of relevant digital marketing/performance marketing experience.
• Candidates with proven experience managing multiple client accounts are preferred.
• Relevant degree or qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Work Requirements

• Must be willing to relocate to Koti Hosahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka.
• Must be comfortable working from the office.

Salary

Up to ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• 2nd and 4th Saturdays off
• All Sundays off

Work Location: In person, Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
