Performance Marketing Executive

What you’ll be doing

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who likes numbers, knows their way around ad platforms, and is curious enough to ask “but why did this happen?” instead of just reporting that it happened.

You’ll work across performance campaigns for some exciting brands, helping plan, launch, optimise and scale campaigns across Google, Meta, Reddit, ChatGPT, LinkedIn, etc.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Setting up, managing and optimising campaigns.
• Monitoring campaign performance across spend, CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS and other key metrics.
• Digging into campaign data to identify what’s working, what isn’t, and what we should do about it.
• Conducting keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis.
• Building and testing different audiences, creatives, ad copy, and campaign structures.
• Keeping a close eye on budgets and making sure every penny is working hard.
• Preparing regular performance reports and, more importantly, being able to explain the story behind the numbers.
• Working closely with creative, content, analytics, and account teams to improve campaign performance.
• Staying updated with platform changes, new features, targeting options, and the latest performance marketing trends.

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
• Practical experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads is a must.
• A good understanding of campaign structures, bidding, targeting, optimisation, and performance metrics.
• Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets and performance reports.
• Someone who can look at a dashboard and go beyond “CPA increased by 30%” to figure out why.
• Good understanding of the digital marketing funnel and how different channels contribute to business outcomes.
• Strong attention to detail because one wrong setting can sometimes make an unnecessarily expensive afternoon.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• A willingness to experiment, learn, and test rather than simply follow a checklist.

Bonus points if…

• You have worked on e-commerce accounts and understand metrics such as ROAS, AOV, revenue, product-level performance, and purchase funnels.
• You have experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or other analytics/reporting tools.
• You’ve worked with conversion tracking, attribution, or troubleshooting tracking issues.

Someone curious, analytical, and hands-on.

You don’t need to know everything on Day 1. But you should be someone who wants to understand why a campaign is performing the way it is, enjoys solving problems, and gets a little excited when a spreadsheet starts making sense.
