Job Description

As a Performance Marketing professional at Nostrum Fashion, you will play a key role in developing and executing innovative, data-driven marketing campaigns that focus on performance and efficiency. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention—ultimately contributing to the company’s overall growth and revenue through strategic digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across all digital channels, with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and Google Ads.
  • Manage paid media budgets and continuously optimize campaigns to achieve target traffic, sales, and ROI.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve results.
  • Assist in budget allocation and monitoring ad spend to maximize return on investment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve landing pages, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Support the design and execution of email marketing campaigns to boost customer retention and sales.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to refine messaging, creatives, and targeting.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand remains competitive and innovative.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in performance marketing within the digital marketing or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and market analysis.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for digital marketing and continuous learning in emerging trends and technologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
