Job Description

Affiliate Program Management

Onboard, manage, and nurture affiliate partners, coupon sites, and influencer networks.
Ensure timely communication of offers, promotions, and creatives to all affiliates.

Performance & Optimization

Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics (sales, ROI, conversion rates, etc.).
Optimize campaigns and identify top-performing affiliates to maximize ROI.

Collaboration & Coordination

Coordinate with marketing, design, and content teams to provide updated creatives and landing pages.
Work closely with the finance team to manage affiliate payouts and resolve any discrepancies.

Strategy & Growth

Research, identify, and onboard new affiliates to expand program reach.
Monitor competitors and recommend innovative campaign strategies to drive revenue growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
