Performance Marketer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to manage paid

advertising campaigns and optimize digital performance to increase conversions and

ROI. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in data-driven

marketing, and the ability to work collaboratively to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

● Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta,

and other relevant digital advertising platforms.

● Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to

continuously improve performance.

● Track and analyze key campaign metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS,

and funnel conversion rates.

● Prepare regular performance dashboards and insights-based reports for

decision-making.

● Collaborate closely with Digital Marketers, Designers, and Content Strategists

to align campaign strategies with creative executions.

● Manage advertising budgets efficiently to ensure maximum returns on

investments.

● Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and platform best

practices to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

● 1–2 years of experience in performance or growth marketing.

● Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools

such as Google Analytics.

● Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, retargeting, and

conversion optimization.

● Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in

Excel/Google Sheets.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns

simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
