Performance Marketer

Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) Monitor ad performance daily, analyze key metrics, and optimize campaigns for better ROI Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audience segments, and landing pages Prepare and present campaign performance reports with insights and recommendations Work closely with the design and content team to develop high-performing creatives and ad copies Manage ad budgets effectively and ensure maximum utilization Implement pixel tracking, conversion tracking, and audience retargeting Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital ads Proven track record of running successful ROI-driven campaigns Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and basic analytics tools Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset Knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization is a plus Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is an added advantage Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary and incentive structure Exposure to multi-industry campaigns Learning opportunities with top-tier clients and experts Flexible working environment Career growth opportunities within the company Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
