  • Provide training and support to employees and managers on

  • Monitor and analyze

  • Assist in the

    design and execution of employee development plans

  • Address employee queries and concerns related to

    performance assessments, feedback mechanisms, and goal setting

  • Ensure compliance with

    company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices

    in performance management.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to the PMS to drive

    continuous performance enhancement and employee engagement

  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to support a

    culture of high performance and accountability

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in

    Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

    .
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    and HR analytics tools.
