You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, scalability, and efficiency of critical banking applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute Performance Test Plans (Load, Stress, Endurance). Create and maintain LoadRunner scripts for multiple test scenarios. Perform Performance Engineering & Monitoring using AppDynamics, Dynatrace, and Splunk . Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimization strategies. Work closely with developers, architects, and stakeholders to resolve performance issues. Prepare and deliver detailed performance test reports and metrics . Must-Have Skills 5+ years of Performance Testing handson experience. Proficiency in LoadRunner (Mandatory). Expertise in AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk for monitoring and analysis. Strong knowledge of Performance Engineering concepts . Excellent communication and coordination skills. Good to Have Experience in Java, SQL, API Testing .
