As a Senior Product Management - Technical - Java at our company, you will have the exciting opportunity to bridge the gap between business and technology. Your decisions will directly impact the success of our product, Crypto Secure, a powerful risk assessment tool for banks. You will work in a fast-paced environment, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements and driving delivery in an Agile setting. Your main responsibilities will include turning vision into execution by partnering with Product Managers to translate business needs into technical deliverables. You will drive Agile delivery and prioritization, ensuring backlog management and leading Sprint and PI Planning. Supporting engineering and technical execution will be crucial, as you act as a technical consultant and collaborate with the Technical Architect. Your role will also involve championing continuous improvement by leading Sprint Demos and Product Value Reviews, refining team workflows, and staying updated on best practices in Agile and technical product management. Your technical skills should include a strong understanding of API-based systems, cloud infrastructure, software development processes, and UI/UX principles. Problem-solving, collaboration, and an ownership mentality are key qualities we are looking for.
