Manage and oversee the sales and marketing functions with a primary focus on payment collection, sales reporting, customer visits, and key account management to drive domestic sales of specified products. Follow up for payment collection from domestic parties and monitor overdue accounts. Prepare daily sales reports and conduct quarterly/yearly sales analysis. Visit domestic customers for payment collection and courtesy visits.Monitor dispatches of domestic orders and ensure compliance with advance license or bill of entry filing. Manage dispatches by holding back orders in case of payment shortfalls. Prepare and deliver presentations as required. Collaborate with the quality team to meet sample-specific requirements. Key account management for selected customers. Drive and promote domestic sales of Guaiacol, Catechol, Veratrol, Guaethol, and ODEB. Qualification - Bachelors or masters degree in a relevant field Chemistry, Food Science). Degree in chemical engineering. MBA
