Run daily batches, processes, and services across Actimize solutions (SAM, CDD, WLF, IFM). Identify and resolve operational issues (batch failures, data feed errors, DB issues, application server issues). Troubleshoot functional-level issues and provide resolutions or clarifications. Automate daily tasks and processes for report generation. Discover unknowns for the bank (e.g., regulatory insights, operational risks). Proactively improve system resiliency and performance. Monitor server performance, memory, CPU, file systems, databases, batch jobs, and real-time streams. Maintain operational documentation (incident tracking, run books). Document issues in the customer support portal and provide KT to the team. Support client testing, tuning, upgrades, patch deployments, and change deployments. Coordinate between client and Actimize support teams. Provide on-call and off-hour support on a rotational basis. Have you got what it takes? 8 to 12 years of experience in software development. Strong database development experience (Oracle / MSSQL / PL SQL) and DB tuning. Basic troubleshooting skills. OS-level knowledge (Windows / Linux). Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to identify root causes of performance issues and bottlenecks. Good written and verbal communication.
