As an Assistant Vice President (AVP) Digital Planning at Publicismedia in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day planning, analysis, and execution while maintaining strong relationships with media vendors, clients, and partner agencies. Your role will involve providing digital recommendations, offering resourceful problem-solving, and leading strategically a diverse book of business consisting of multiple clients. Your key responsibilities will include strategic bidding and budget management, proactive planning to stay ahead of a changing marketplace, evaluating best practices in search, mobile, and display, providing strategic direction, and partnering with key business stakeholders to develop and implement new complex digital marketing approaches. Additionally, you will be responsible for directing the strategic communication of digital media plans, managing the P&L, receivables, contract status for the set of clients, and forecasting market needs for product launches and campaigns. To be successful in this role, you should have 12-15 years of experience, strong relationship management skills, project management leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement process improvements. Experience with FMCG & CPG clients is a must, along with strong presentation skills, understanding of marketing and advertising principles, and the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work successfully under pressure. You should also possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, and be a critical thinker who can present complex concepts and data results effectively. In this dynamic role, you will play a significant role in delivering integrated brand objectives with 360 digital marketing solutions across various platforms such as Digital Media Planning, Search, Social (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), Display, Native & Programmatic to drive success for clients. You will be the single point of contact (SPOC) for client queries and escalations, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.
