Role Overview

Flavours of Calicut is looking for a Performance & Discovery Marketing Executive to scale brand visibility and demand through intent-led and interest-led advertising across digital channels.

This role focuses on search, display, and video-led discovery, combining performance marketing, analytics, and creative collaboration for a growing food brand.

Key Responsibilities

Performance & Discovery Strategy

Plan and execute search, display, and video-led campaigns

Build keyword and audience strategies focused on high-intent discovery

Optimize campaigns across the full funnel: awareness ? consideration ? conversion

Campaign Management

Manage campaigns across search, display, and video formats

Optimize bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives based on performance

Continuously test audiences, messaging, and formats

Analytics & Reporting

Track performance metrics including CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, and reach

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights

Use data to identify scaling and optimization opportunities

Creative Collaboration

Work closely with design and content teams to develop effective creatives

Apply performance learnings to improve visuals, copy, and storytelling

Maintain brand consistency across all paid media

Communication & Coordination

Strong written communication for internal updates and documentation

Professional email communication with partners and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

35 years experience in performance marketing

Hands-on expertise with search, display, and video advertising

Strong understanding of audience targeting and intent signals

Experience with consumer brands / food or FMCG preferred

Analytical mindset with creative sensibility

Compensation

?30,000 ?40,000 per month, based on experience
