Job Title: Performance Management Specialist / Sr. Specialist Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Performance Management Operations Specialist to oversee and manage our global performance management processes within the Shared Service Centre. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of performance management systems, providing administrative support, and coordinating performance-related activities across the organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining data accuracy, supporting performance events, and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders and employees. Roles & Responsibilities: Handle the administration of performance management programs and systems, ensuring all processes run seamlessly. Ensure accurate and timely data entry into performance management systems. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to schedule, organize, and facilitate performance management events. Monitor and track employee performance progress and completion of reviews or assessments. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the performance management team. Generate detailed reports on performance management activities, outcomes, and metrics. Address employee queries related to performance management and offer assistance as needed. Key Deliverables: Efficient and accurate administration of performance management processes. Timely scheduling and organization of performance management activities and events. Positive employee feedback and increased engagement with performance initiatives. Timely and accurate reporting on all performance management activities and outcomes. Key Skills & Qualifications: Strong administrative and organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. In-depth knowledge of global performance management operations and best practices. Proficiency in HR systems such as Oracle, SuccessFactors HCM, SAP, or Darwin Box. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
