We are looking for a Techno-Functional Manager with expertise in BY WMS to join the leadership group of our consulting team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm and play a significant role in the growth of a new service offering. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing WMS modules with a strong functional and technical domain understanding - Delivering high-quality client solutions that meet and exceed expectations - Leading project teams, managing project risks, and successfully delivering client solutions - Identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relations To qualify for this role, you must have: - 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Logistics domain - Minimum 5-10 full life cycles implementation/roll-out experiences on JDA/BY Warehouse Management Solutions - Knowledge of BY WMS Integrator and MOCA - Experience in Warehouse Labor Management (WLM) and WMS configurations - Ability to troubleshoot, read trace files, and develop various elements like Page Builders, Labels, and Reports Ideally, you will also have experience working in an Onsite & Offshore delivery model environment and engaging with business partners and IT to understand requirements. Knowledge of leading technologies like Block Chain, RPA, and AI is a plus, as well as familiarity with other WMS Solutions like Oracle, SAP, and Manhattan. We are looking for candidates with consulting experience, particularly in the manufacturing industry, who can work collaboratively in a team environment, possess excellent communication skills, and are willing to travel. A master's degree and/or professional certification in Supply Chain operations is preferred.
