You should have a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (EE)/Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)/MBA in Power Management, along with at least 3 years of experience in the Energy/Power Sector/DISCOMs. Possession of a Certified Energy Auditor/Certified Energy Manager (CEA/CEM) qualification is mandatory for this role. As the incumbent, your key responsibilities will include leading the implementation of identified Demand Side Management (DSM) measures in collaboration with Electricity Distribution Company (DISCOM) and State Designated Agency (SDA). You will also be involved in the preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPR) in coordination with DISCOM and SDA, as well as supporting DISCOM in complying with the provisions of the Energy Conservation Act, 2001. Additionally, you will be responsible for energy accounting, Perform, Achieve and Trade (PAT) activities, and providing support to DISCOM as required. This position is on a contractual/temporary basis for a duration of 24 months. A BEE Energy Manager or Auditor certificate is a necessary license/certification for this role.
