Yes.. it was.. i booked a classic 2x room.. paid in advance.. and i was given a standard room.
When i asked to change it.. i was denied saying that they have no other room left.

The worst service .. all manager and staff are lier.. they don't wont have own kitchen.. Even couldn't provide food in time .. Laundry service is there .. I will suggest not to go ..
