With 8+ years of Oracle DBA experience and 3+ years of MySQL DBA experience, you should have proven expertise in OCI and Exadata Cloud Service migrations, RPO/RTO, disaster recovery planning, and replication strategies. Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like OEM, MySQL Workbench, and Datadog is essential. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills are required for this role.
