2. Key Responsibilities A. Client Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for all client interactions from lead stage to project handover. Understand client needs, design preferences, budget constraints, and timelines. Maintain regular communication and provide project updates. Ensure high client satisfaction and resolve concerns proactively. B. Requirement Gathering & Coordination Conduct detailed client requirement meetings and convert them into design briefs. Coordinate with architects, interior designers, 3D team, and execution team for timely deliverables. Track and follow up on designs, BOQs, estimations, and revisions. Ensure design feasibility and alignment with client expectations. C. Sales & Conversion Support Assist the business development team in converting leads to orders. Present design concepts, material samples, and layouts when required. Support in negotiation and closure of agreements. Ensure quotations meet the client requirements and follow company pricing norms. D. Project Follow-up & Documentation Maintain CRM tools/software with updated client information. Document client meetings, design sign-offs, and approvals. Follow up on payments as per project billing milestones. Ensure timely delivery of drawings, 3D renders, and project schedules. E. Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate between clients and internal teams (Design, Procurement, Execution). Schedule site visits, design presentations, and review meetings. Track progress and escalate delays or risks to management. F. Post-Project Responsibilities Collect feedback and ensure closure of snag lists. Maintain long-term relations for future projects and referrals.
