Join Barclays as Vice President, Wholesale Client Onboarding Subject Matter Expert, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering KYC Process Change & Regulatory objectives while providing a first-class service to stakeholders and customers. Your role will involve acting as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) representing WCOB (Wholesale Client Onboarding) on forums/projects and ensuring project deadlines are adhered to. Additionally, you will support KYC teams as needed with audit/compliance reviews. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in AML/KYC within the investment or corporate banking sector, experience in reviewing complex structures, PEPs, and/or Sanctions screening, familiarity with approved KYC vendor sources such as Dun and Bradstreet, Companies House, and others, legal knowledge in terms of corporate law and structure, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Some other highly valued skills may include being ideally qualified to Degree standard, preferably in a business/law related subject, holding AML/Compliance Certification, possessing Cash Management Cert ICM, and having knowledge of high-risk indicators and revision of complex structures and entity types. This role is based in our Chennai office and the purpose of the role is to manage the implementation of strategic change initiatives to enhance the bank's operational efficiency. Accountabilities include managing strategic operational changes and initiatives, collaborating with internal stakeholders to support business operation teams, developing and implementing change management strategies, managing and developing KPIs for measuring business functions" effectiveness, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to change management, and providing guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the operational change management process. Record order intake in 2024 including contracts for EPR2 and Sizewell C Projects, Nuclear fuel (US/Europe), service work expansion, and EPR2/Sizewell C Preferred candidate profile Job Description Required Roll responsibility :- As a mechanical engineer, you are required to perform in the following areas: Mechanical design, stress analysis and qualification of piping, tanks, vessel and supports, as per applicable Codes. Thermal-hydraulic design of systems comprising of piping, pumps, valves, heat exchanger, etc. including single phase and two-phase calculations. Anchorage and embedded part design calculations. Preparation of design/analysis reports, specifications, drawings, bill of material and cost by following approved procedures. Participate in the meeting with Indian and overseas stake holders. Plan, implement and monitor the work Preparation of Code related calculations and reports as required. Preparation of Design Plans and associated documents to customer specifications Review/verification of design reports, specifications, drawings, etc. prepared by others and provide comments. Required Education & Skills :- Graduation in Mechanical Engineering At least 3 years of work experience in design & engineering of equipment, piping, supports, etc. Post graduation in engineering Specialization in design, stress analysis, fluid mechanics, hydraulics, thermal, process engineering or energy. Basic knowledge on nuclear technology Experience in piping stress analysis and qualification using AutoPIPE, PEPS, Caesar II. Experience in piping and component support design calculations using STAADPro.
