Tender Management (Manager/ Sr. Manager) at Hetero Labs Ltd (International Marketing) managing following Regions: - 1) Overall Africa (More Focus is on East and SADC) 2) North Africa 3) Iran Experience Level: 12-15 years Candidate should be ready for frequent travel to African countries Position is based out of Mumbai Office (Ville Parle East) Pharma background mandatory Roles & Responsibilities are given below: Pre-Working/on working/Post Working of Tenders prohibited locally with any funds To collect Tender information from various sources -Government, NGO, Missionary, Develop a country level tender calendar. To Build strong relationship with Ministry of Industry & commerce to facilitate any channel changes on the business. Pre-working with Portfolio Team for tender products (ARVs / non ARVs) The be the point of contact for all legal & bureau of standards. To build strong relationship with Local Logistics, Warehousing & clearing companies PR with CMS, Ministry of health, Ministry of Finance & Others PR within Country Stationed Global Stakeholders like GF / PEPFAR / CHAH / WHO, etc. PR with Regulatory Agency to keep tab on registration To do periodic salary mapping of competition & inform office. Keeping track of the country treatment guidelines and opportunities to include a new one to strengthen our standing Market intelligence on competitors / New Products, etc. Liaising with the quantification team Liaising with the principal recipients of the country.
